"When my dad was diagnosed with cancer, he brought a friend to appointments — to listen, take notes, and make sense of it all. Not everyone has that." Feelheard is for everyone who doesn't.

You've got an appointment Tuesday. You're worried you won't follow what they say, that you'll nod along and forget half of it before you reach the car park. Set Feelheard down on the table. It listens with you, in plain English — and automatically sends you and your loved ones the notes, so everyone can stay informed.

The meetings this is built for

Pick your meeting.
We'll handle
the language.

Every meeting has its own jargon. Doctor mode catches clinical terms. Benefits mode knows PIP criteria and DWP language. SENCO mode translates the acronyms your child's school uses. Pick the right mode — and just listen.

Doctor & Hospital "multidisciplinary team" → your care team
School & SENCO "EHCP" → your child's support plan
Benefits & DWP "PIP assessment" → disability payment review
Housing "section 21" → eviction notice
Mental Health & Social Care "CPN review" → check-in with your mental health nurse

Try it. Read a script aloud, or type, and Feelheard does the rest.

Pick a meeting. Read the doctor's words out loud (or type them). Then tap Simplify or Suggest — same buttons you'd tap in the actual app.

Live — pick a scenario, then read or type

Tap the mic and read aloud — or just type. Both work.

How it works

Open your phone. Press start. That's it.

01 Pick your mode

Choose the type of meeting you're walking into. Feelheard tunes itself to that room's language before you say a word.

02 Press start, then listen

Your phone quietly transcribes everything in real time. No recording light. No disruption. Just a quiet helper in your pocket.

03 Get the plain version

When you're done, Feelheard produces a plain-English summary of what was said, what was decided, and what happens next.

Two buttons during the meeting

Ask

Halfway through and not sure what to say next? Tap Ask and Feelheard suggests the questions a careful patient or parent would think to ask, given what's just been said.

Simplify

A sentence flew past with three words you didn't catch? Tap Simplify and Feelheard re-explains what was just said in plain, everyday English — no jargon, no preamble.

Private by design

Built for the meetings you wouldn't share lightly.

What gets recorded Only when you tap Start

Feelheard records audio only between the moment you tap Start Listening and the moment you tap Stop. No background listening. No keywords. Phone isn't a microphone the rest of the time.

Where it lives On your phone, not on our servers

Your transcripts and summaries are saved locally on your device. We don't keep a copy. If you share a meeting, it's encrypted on your phone first — we never hold the unencrypted text.

Who hears the audio Streamed, not stored

Audio is streamed live to a transcription service for the duration of the meeting and then dropped — never written to disk. No audio file lives anywhere after the meeting ends.

If you want it gone One tap wipes everything

Settings → Forget Me wipes every meeting, every contact, and every share link you've ever made. No exceptions, no support tickets, no waiting.
